I’m an experienced leader of teams, having held Client Leadership roles in Marketing and Creative agencies, working with esteemed global brands like XBOX, Amazon Web Services, Hewlett-Packard, and coached and consulted for clients in the tech, healthcare, talent and marketing agencies, and financial services industries. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully navigated high-stakes mergers, won, and lost major business deals, and transformed struggling teams into award-winning powerhouses. My deep understanding of the naturally occurring high pressure and volatility in fast-paced environments has given me critical insights into the impact it has on team performance. This passion for supporting leaders and their teams to reduce suffering and disconnection in their workplace has become the work of my life.  I envision a workplace where team leaders have unwavering confidence to lead their teams towards a happy, healthy, and energizing environment where they can produce their best work and thrive, even in the most challenging times. I specialize in collaborating with senior leaders who are looking to develop their team leaders and cultivate a thriving team culture. We partner through ongoing strategy sessions and personalized 1:1 coaching for their team leaders to uncover the root cause of a challenge, amplify natural gifts and accelerate leadership effectiveness.
